We are purveyors of some of the cleanest, most toneful, pre-owned electric guitars in the world. Many of these guitars are in like-new, un-played condition. Our inventory changes often, so if you don't see exactly what you are looking for, please give us a call at 617-913-4444.
It's possible we have the guitar you want, and just have not had a chance to place it into our website inventory.
We are not a "new" guitar dealer, so often times we have to pay a premium to get the best pieces. The benefit though is that we get to buy only the guitars that meet our high standards. We are not obligated to buy a bunch of guitars because a manufacturer tells us to.
Current inventory as of 07/28/2010
2010 Suhr Modern Guthrie Govan Signature Model. Here we have yet another stunning masterpiece from John Suhr and company. Suhr guitars are considered playable works of art, and this one is no exception. This guitar is not only stunning, it is one of the most versatile guitars I have ever played. Since Guthrie is an amazingly versatile player himself, I can see why he would want all that versatility in his signature guitar. It's all in there. LP type sounds, Tele type sounds, and Strat type sounds. Plus you get a recessed floating trem and a factory installed tremol-no which can be set to be a hardtail bridge in a split second, without using any tools. I am really tempted to keep this one for myself. Mahogany body and neck, pao ferro fingerboard with pearl inlays and logo, Sperzel locking tuners, blower switch, and a gorgeous maple top. This guitar is like-new and without a mark on her. Also included is the factory hardshell case, trem bar, tools, and spec sheet from Suhr. Why wait 6 to 8 weeks for one of these when you can have this stunning example today?

2009 Jackson RR24M, discontinued model. Bought new by me because they were blowing them out, and it was too good a deal to pass up. Black with white bevels and a maple fretboard with black sharkfin inlays. This guitar represents an exceptional value. This is Japanese craftsmanship at it's finest. The action, fit and finish, and sound of this guitar is something I would expect at twice this price, or even more. I have played this guitar for a total of 10 minutes, just to make sure everything was working correctly. This is an absolute shred-machine. The action is low and fast. This guitar features an EMG 81 active humbucking pickup and an original Floyd Rose tremolo bridge to ensure rock-solid tuning stability. There aren't many of these around, especially in this condition. Don't let this opportunity pass you by. Guitar comes with the original TSA approved Jackson hardshell case. FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION, 2006 Paul Reed Smith, Custom 24, Artist Package, BRAZILIAN fingerboard and headstock overlay, REGULAR/STD neck carve, gold hardware, original black leather artist presentation case, documents and tags, etc. The color is a deep, dark, whale blue with a black back.
This guitar is stunning in every way. The whale blue color is absolutely gorgeous, and the gold hardware really sets it off. The darker photos were taken without a flash and I feel that they offer a more accurate representation of the actual color of the guitar. The BRAZILIAN fingerboard is just simply gorgeous. You know how scarce Brazilian rosewood is becoming, and when you couple it with the now discontinued PRS "Artist" package, this is a no-brainer. There are no signs this guitar has ever been played. There are only some very fine polishing swirls. They literally don't make them like this anymore. Don't let this beauty get away!!! Price is $3,450.00 Shipped/Insured in the Continental USA. Due to several recent fraud attempts, no credit cards accepted on this one. Payment only by certified bank check drawn from a U.S. bank. Scammers suck!!!!

2008 Gibson Custom Shop Historic Les Paul '58 Reissue, Washed Cherry VOS finish. This is a stunning, vintage looking masterpiece. I just received this guitar from the original owner. It weighs just under 9 pounds and plays and sounds incredible.
The plek set-up makes the 10's on this feel like 9's. I really can't stress enough how incredible this guitar is. It is in fantastic shape with no fret wear. The nitro finish they use on these which is great for trying to recreate the classic look and tone of a vintage LP, is fairly delicate and picks up swirls and fine scratches very easily just from regular handling and polishing. This guitar has only normal handling wear and that is very, very slight because the guitar was hardly played. The original owner decided he was just a Fender man at heart. He told me that he tried out 30 historic LP's before he picked this one based on it's looks, tone, and playability. This guitar is cleaner than most "new" ones hanging at your big box store. One thing I will note is that there is a TINY, pinhead size impression on the top just below the bridge that I have tried to capture in the photos. The dent is not through the finish and is only noticeable when looking at the guitar from an angle. It's so slight most people wouldn't notice it, but I go over these guitars with a fine-tooth comb before I sell them. This guitar looks, plays, and sounds outstanding. It also comes with the OHSC, COA, and unopened case candy. Now this guitar is a home-run on it's own, but to sweeten the deal and to make you forget all about that barely noticeable mark, swirls, etc, I will include with the purchase of this guitar a brand new matched set of Bare Knuckle Pickups of your choice that you can install in this bad boy. The stock burstbuckers are great and you should keep them around, but a set of BKP's will knock it out of the park!! Some raw nickel cover Mules perhaps? Maybe some double-creams? It's all up to you!! You can either take a set I have in stock or I can order you a custom set to your specs up to a $329.00 value. You can't beat this deal!!
Price including insured shipping in the Continental USA & the free BKP pickups is $2,750.00 OR $2,450.00 WITHOUT THE BKP PICKUPS.

FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION, 2007 Gibson Custom Shop Historic Les Paul '59 Reissue, GLOSS Ice-tea burst, incredible unplayed condition, brown lifton case, all tags and paperwork including COA. Pickguard is included but never drilled.
Approximately 8 1/2 pounds of classic rock and roll hardware. You won't find another one like this.
If you demand the best, this is it.
Here is the show-stopper. What do you call this, a "12" top? Les Paul fans know that 2007 was an exceptional year for historic reissue Les Pauls and this one might be the cream of the crop. To be perfectly honest, part of me hopes this doesn't sell. This is a special, once-in-a-lifetime guitar. I bought it from the original owner and it looks like he never played it. This guitar is stunning in every way. It can sing real sweet, or kick and scream. I will let the pictures do the talking.
